I am so grateful that I have found peace with myself and who I am. I love sharing my mission in being Socially Brave because to be totally honest, I think it's what makes us human and keeps us growing. But, life wasn’t always that way. For as long as I can remember I thought my personality was a curse. Yes, you read that correctly, I fully believed that by not being the uniquely expressive and adventurous person I am today, I was keeping myself from finding my sense of belonging in the world. I was missing out on the kind of peace that makes us feel safe and not worry about judgment.

But the road here was FAR from easy. After growing up in an environment chalk-full of poor communication habits, zero healthy boundaries, and shame-driven interaction it became clear, if I wanted to break the cycle of self-loathing and self-doubt, I would have to do the work. I took a deep dive into self-development. For the past 20 years, I invested time, money, and energy into researching, studying books, attending TONS of personal development seminars, going to therapy, understanding personality assessments, and doing the HARD internal work all to be comfortable with my true self.

I began to let out the person I felt was buried deep within, without the fear of judgment or failure I fully leaned into being Socially Brave. When I discovered social media it was a game changer for me. I built up several accounts, including my own, I became a speaker, taught classes and managed large accounts. It was the little steps at first, the motions I took to get through the day that began to provide clarity as I learned to trust my own voice and shared it with other women on social media.

Once I made the decision to operate out my truest voice and identity, I saw all the pieces fall into place. When I finally embraced my true voice, and saw goodness begin to overflow! Abundance sparked all around me. When I took the leap to be vulnerable, accept myself, and become Socially Brave, I saw everything change.

Now I’m using all those years of experience to help you get there FASTER. All in my action-oriented coaching program, I want to help you break past your fear, honor your confidence, and become the person you have always wanted to be.
